A rarely used diplomatic tool, Article 99 allows the head of the UN to raise to the Security Council's attention “any issue that may aggravate existing threats to the maintenance of international peace and security.” This is the first time Guterres has invoked Article 99 since taking office in 2017.

We travelled to Birmingham (United Kingdom) Particle Physics Department at Birmingham University.

We spoke to various "Professors" but only managed to record a couple of the conversations via video.

The initial conversation we had with a theoretical physicist (Working in collaboration with CERN) had in-depth knowledge about Divination, Geomancy, Enochian Magic, I-Ching, (Q)abbalah.

He also said Helen Blavatsky wasn't a Lucifarian, which was hilarious! lol,

We will recall the conversation with the camera man in a follow up video.

The main thing is this gentleman got to hear the Gospel.

Abit later we spoke to two other Professor's but was asked to cut the camera both timesm.

As you will see I'm sure they were all deeply embarrassed by what took place during the conversations, which was of course not the intention, and was deeply disappointed with the University considering they were all supposed to be professionals and PhDs, Hence the title "ConCERNed'
