Indiana excise police directed to check retailers' CBD oil supply for THC

Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb has directed the state's excise police to perform checks of CBD oil products, making sure they do not contain any level of THC. Holcomb said the excise police will use the next 60 days to "educate, inform and issue warnings to retailers so there is a reasonable period of time for them to remove products that contain THC."
