A champion bodybuilder was once asked "What has been your hardest muscle to train?"
"Going to the gym every day."

The gym is always full at January 1st with the many people who decided they want to change their lives. By January 31 the gym is mostly back to its regular trainers.
‎
People fail not because they struggle and its too difficult or too hard, but because they aren't consistent.
‎
My gym coach always tells the new guys: "Don't feel like working out? That's fine. Put your gym clothes on, come to the gym and have a drink at the Gym's cafeteria. Did it give you motivation to do a workout anyway? Great! Didn't? At least you built the habit of coming to the gym."
‎
Building the habit is super important. And can be broken down to it's bare minimum just to build it.
Build the good habit to show every day and success becomes inevitable.

Water penetrates rocks not because it's stronger but because it's consistent.

Success is made up of 2 steps:
1- Show up every day
2- Do the work
