Metal Gear Solid 5 Phantom Pain, playthrough part 25 (with commentary)

I do some prep work for the show down with Skull Face by making developments and going back to old missions to get side objectives and S ranks. I know two parts of the playthrough in a row where we are not progressing the story. In my defense I said things would be slowing down, and I could not predict or prepare to be robbed by someone online.
