Rewards Kill Motivation For Leaning!

Rewards are just control in a nicer package. And it's been proven over and over that when you reward someone for doing something they enjoy, they are no longer able to enjoy the activity as much. It's also been shown that people do a worse job when they expect a reward for the task. Rewards and punishments are just 2 sides of the same coin.
