Israeli forces have encircled the Gaza strip and are attacking Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad militants in the southern city of Khan Younis. The Israeli army said it had uncovered one of the largest weapons depots in Gaza, with hundreds of rocket-propelled grenades, dozens of anti-tank missiles, long-range missiles, explosive devices and unmanned aerial vehicles. The IDF eliminated a terrorist cell hiding in the Khan Younis area. The terrorists came out of a tunnel shaft under the ruins of a building, with one of them holding an RPG launcher. Another terror group, Palestinian Islamic Jihad militants are also fighting in Khan Younis and have teamed up with Hamas to bolster their attacking efforts. Footage shows militants shooting guns and operating rocket launchers. The IDF has fired over 100,000 shells to date during their current war with Hamas and are undertaking their biggest ground assault in Gaza since a truce with Hamas unravelled last week
