The University of Cincinnati's police chief has resigned from his position and will take a new role at the school. Anthony Carter has served as UCPD chief for a year and a half. He's moving to a new position within the university's Institute of Crime Science, according to an email from Robin Engel, UC's vice president for safety and reform. The university accepted Carter's voluntary resignation on Thursday, Engel said.
