Bin Salman greets Putin like old friend… again

Which handshake was better, 2018 handshake or 2023 handshake? Russian President Vladimir Putin touched down on the last stop of his brief Middle East tour to another warm reception, this time with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. The two greeted each other as old friends, with what seems to be their own special handshake that appears to be part international greeting, and part Arnold Schwarzenegger/Carl Weathers in Predator meme greeting. The same enthusiastic handshake was on display in their last meeting, in 2018.

Compare and contrast the much more formal and dour greetings shown to the President of the United States, and the no greeting shown to the President of Germany.
