Israel claims to strike Hamas tunnels and infrastructure in shocking footage

The Israeli army on Tuesday (December 5) released footage it said shows various aerial attacks against Palestinian militant group Hamas as Israeli forces pressed ahead with their air and ground bombardment of the Gaza Strip.

In the videos, aerial footage showed airstrikes of what the Israeli army said was Hamas infrastructure, including a tunnel shaft and command centres.

Israeli troops could also be seen on the ground in Gaza as well as strikes from the Israeli Navy.

Reuters was not able to independently verify the location nor the date when the video was filmed.
