Doctors were astonished when they investigated the cause of man's stomach ache --
and an x-ray revealed a metal CUP in his BELLY.
The 60-year-old consulted 'quack' doctors when he was suffering with a bout of tummy flu, locals said.
They apparently suggested he they CUP inside him - and unsurprisingly he was still left with a sore stomach.
