Biden's New Climate Policy Allows Foreign Governments To Control Your Private Property and buy land use rights on the NYSE. In this video I discuss everything you need to know about the SEC’s new NAC listing rule that implements the foundation of President Biden's 2023 Climate strategy. The SEC Rule Will Eliminate Private Land Rights To Comply With Climate Change Policies and allow Natural Asset Companies (NACs) to be publicly traded on the NYSE. The federal government and the Biden Administration are looking to register federal property rights and ownership under NACs in order to leverage private capital to fund Climate Change policies. There also allows for NACs to have control of Private property rights and land usage licenses through a collaboration with the Bureau of Land Management. The rule also allows foreign investors and governments to purchase shares and list NACs on the NYSE, giving the foreign entities substantial control over U.S federal and private property use. The Biden Administration outlined its plan along with implementing the new SEEA EA accounting system to calculate economic growth instead of the traditional GDP measure. #NACs #sec #nyse #biden #climatechange #bidenadministration
