Metal Gear Solid 5 Phantom Pain, playthrough part 24 (with commentary)

My playthrough gets derailed with a surprise. I log in to find out that someone robbed me of my money and resources. The kicker is that the servers are down for maintenance during the stream so I spend the stream trying to get a bunch of money and resources.
