Warm Up:
Reverse Treadmill Walks: 5 mins
Knee Bends: 1 set of 10 reps
Side Knee Bends: 1 set of 10 reps each
Hip Extend Knee Bends: 1 set of 5 reps each
Anterior Tibialis Raises: 1 set of 15
Smith Machine RDLs: 3 sets of 7 reps

Strength Training:
Smith Machine Split Squats: 3 set of 5
Assisted Sissy Squats: 3 sets of 8
Leg Extension(Heavy): 4 sets of 7 last set til failure
Pistol Squat: 1 set of 4
Dragon Squat Attempts: 3 sets of 1
