Jennifer Crumbley is asking the court to exclude some evidence

Her attorney wants evidence of her second affair and evidence that son Ethan Crumbley killed and mutilated birds out of the trial. A judge previously ruled evidence of one of her affairs is not admissible. Ethan Crumbley is awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to all charges.
