00:00:33- A speeding 9-ton truck hit my driver's door (right), broke all my right ribs back and front, shattered my collarbone and damaged my lung. X-rays (from the side, not the back) show spine curvature in a slight ’C’ from the impact. Would that type of curvature respond to exercises? I’ve been on a high-nutrient, whole-food vegan diet for years.
