12-4-23 West Perry SB Meeting followed by a COW mtg

Newly elected school board members were sworn in, president & VP elected, and board committee assignments established. During the Committee of the Whole meeting, a few policies were discussed, as well as some board procedures (such as whether or not to allow virtual public participation, which would change some other procedure rules).
