Did you know that you can get preworkout at the dollar store? I was at dollar tree the other day and they had c4, in the fridge, ready to drink for $1.25? Everyone loves to hate on c4 but lets take a look at the ingredients before we jump to conclusions. We’ve got Beta Alanine, Citrulline and Betaine for performance & pump, Tyrosine for focus and 200mg of Caffeine for energy. So it has the ingredients of a preworkout but it’s definitely more of a non-carbonated energy drink because there’s a good chance that all those ingredients are underdosed because there’s no indication of how much we actually get…but with that said, you get an RTD with a couple performance ingredients, that’ll give you energy for $1.25
