Info from Licensor: "I suspect they were following the OnTrac delivery guy. He drove down our street from the same direction flipped a U-turn. He pulled up in front of our home and let the little girl out to retrieve the package. That's when they were interrupted by my husband. The little girl got nervous and put the package down. She waited as my husband and the mother exchanged words. The mother stated that she lived down the way, and they were dropping off the package as if the package was delivered to the wrong place. My husband replied that the delivery van just dropped it off. At that point, the mother told the little girl to hurry get in the car. She scurried away when she realized my husband was aware and was taking pictures with his cell phone. The incident was reported to Marysville Police department and is being investigated."
