6 backbend-kickovers in sequence

3 backbend-kickovers in sequence

backbend-kickover to frontlimber (4)

frontlimber(s) to ankle-grab (throughout video)

cyrwheel to arch-back ankle reach (both sides)

cyrwheel split/stand scale leg hold

1 arm straddle L hold in the cyrwheel

wall oversplits to arch-back to leg-hold on both sides (I'm trying to deepen the back leg oversplits)

chair 🪑 height rear leg oversplits (both sides)

And:
I included a short clip on my "fingers to heels" backbend that I did on 12/3/23 immediately after the Flexibility Series.
