My Current Diet & Exercise Routine | Full Video on My Channel #shorts

In this video, I share my current weekly diet & exercise routine while I live full time at my off grid cabin in the woods.
Day 1 consists of a 15 minute core workout, followed by a 1 hour run (legs & cardio workout).
Day 2 exercise is focused on weight lifting (chest & triceps).
Day 3 begins by hitting the core again for 15 minutes, then a weight lifting session (back & biceps).
Day 4 is my active recovery day (AKA rest day). I often go for a short walk or hike to prepare for the cycle to start again the next day.
I also share my current diet by taking you along for a trip to the grocery store, and prepare 4 meals throughout the week.
I hope this video gives you some ideas for things you can try, as well as motivate you to push a little harder than you currently are. Shoot for the stars, land on the moon!
