Analysis of my Rottweiler attack ULTRA FAIL video, with text AND IMAGE OF WHAT HAPPENS WHEN IT MAULS YOU And to be clear, the whole point of this video and the other dog videos I have is about narrative control. Right now these "dog lover's" (they don't love dogs, otherwise they'd restrain them and take care of them, unlike this owner) control the narrative about how harmless dogs are. If you look up the Kenneth M Philips Dog Bite Law website and search for "all dog bite statistics" you will find that there are about 316,200 emergency room visits per year on average because of dogs attacking people, 28,000 reconstructive surgeries in a single year 2015 (I don't have numbers for other years, but suspect they are similar), a rising number of dog attacks and severity of dog attacks since the 80's, and two studies from the 90's showed that back then the insurance cost for dog attacks alone was $1 billion to $2 billion per year, and now with the increase in number and severity of dog attacks and with inflation, that number is likely several billion dollars per year being wasted on dog attacks, most of which are caused by unrestrained dogs judging from all the videos that I have seen.
And you can tell these owners don't care about dogs, because if they did, they would restrain them, as EVERY SINGLE dog attack video I have seen involves an unrestrained dog, and thus, no one who cared about dogs would give them a bad rap by leaving them unrestrained to hurt people. This isn't about loving dogs. It's about loving the sense of power these "dog lover's" get out of endangering others and getting away with it because they are using a dog as a front for it. I just posted a new post on my community tab showing the damage a Rottweiler can do, just to give you idea the power that these dog owners have at their disposal in leaving their dogs to hurt people. So, why in the world would anyone leave one of these Rottweilers unrestrained and then tell people that the Rottweiler charging at them is "only running"... the whole purpose is to hurt people using that dog as a tool for it. I cannot imagine lying to someone else like that when their life, their lack of disability, their money and everything else are on the line, and they only have a split second to act and succeed. And when people like @chaseomb9733 lie like that and say "it's just running", it is no accident. They don't really believe it. It's about having the power to put others in duress and bullying them into being mauled. And it's about making victims afraid to come forward and talk about these incidents. In the end, leaving a Rottweiler unrestrained is all about the power to shut people up, hurt them and intimidate them. Keep in mind that the Rottweiler is the most dangerous breed in America (Pitbull is a type of dog, not a breed). To be clear, I post these videos in the hopes of giving victims, myself included, a voice that is heard, so people like @chaseomb9733 cannot get away with lying to people about these matters. (@chaseomb9733 posted on the other copy of this video, that I posted because YouTube glitched, and which did not have the picture of what the injuries from a mauling looks like)
