It's time to get to work, motherfuckers! Good morning! On day 28, I'll give you a brief update on my body composition and a straightforward leg day. Come along with me as I overcome the obstacles and advance.

📈 Update on Body Comp:

The triceps are beginning to define, looking like a thick slab of meat, and the shoulders are rounding out nicely.
These updates help me stay motivated and track my progress well. 🦵 Leg Day Exercise:

began with leg presses and progressed to lunges (yes, I still need to work on my balance).
including workouts that I typically steer clear of to enhance balance and earn experience points for leveling up.
worked on stiff-leg deadlifts and leg extensions, paying particular attention to the hamstring stretch.
concluded with calf exercises, an inevitable evil.

I'm determined to train my calves more even though I detest doing them. Keep checking back for more information, and let's get to work!
