Pretzel Nuggets with Beer Cheese Sauce
Cheese Sauce

1 Tosp Butter
1 Tosp Flour
½ cup Milk
½ cup Beer
Kosher Salt to Taste
1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Melt the outter in a saucepan over medium
heat. Add the flour. Whisk and cook the roux for a few minutes until lightly browned. Add the beer and milk. Whisk together and cook until the mixture thickens. Remove from the heat and add the kosher salt and cheddar cheese. Whisk together until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
