It's Day 35, Kings, and today's update is nothing short of thrilling! In the mirror, I'm noticing more cuts, not only in my biceps, but even up into my shoulders. The transition is genuine, and it is taking place right now!

Identifying New Muscle Definition:

I noticed a fresh line running up into my shoulder, indicating that my hard effort was paying off.
I even saw a vein burst on my left arm - these visible changes are very inspiring!
🏋️‍♂️ Today's Pull Day Recap:

Face pulls were used to begin, which is a wonderful technique to develop the upper back.
Rack pulls are excellent for exercising the lower back, traps, and developing grip strength.
To check how excited I was, I finished with some tough bicep curls and enjoyable shrugs.
Reward Period:

After such a long day, I rewarded myself with a pizza and some Fruitella - a small reward for a job well done.
