An ancient approach on how to control your emotions. The stoics were famous for their repose in the face of hardship. Learn their approach to controlling your anger and anxiety, and in turn make your emotions a slave to you and not you to them.
The two Stoic principles that are integral to conquering your emotions are apatheia and ataraxia. Learn what these principles are and why they allowed the stoics to take control over their emotions.
These thoughts are mainly derived from Marcus Aurelius' meditations, The Enchiridion of Epictetus, and multiple works from Seneca the Younger.
