Chicken Gizzard Soup is something I can't seem to get enough of! It's warm and filling and packed with protein, iron and collagen!
You can add in my Carnivore Noodles at the end if you want a noodle soup!

MACROS: Soup makes about 10 servings, about 1 1/3 cup each.
If using all gizzards (3 lbs, no hearts): Calories: 131, Protein: 24g, Fat: 3g, Carbs:0

With hearts in the amounts I used here: Calories: 162, Protein: 26g, Fat: 5.6g, Carbs:0

1/2 serving carnivore noodles in a 10 serving soup recipe adds almost nothing so I didn't include them.
