Pulled Pork Casserole with PSMF Garlic Bread Topping & Sourdough Buns | Keto and PSMF Diet Recipes

The Pulled Pork Casserole almost didn't happen because my PSMF bread keeps getting eaten! But no matter, I wanted to try out the sourdough idea. It actually tasted more like a fluffy garlic bread!

The egg white bread tasted great with all the garlic and onion flavor, it was fluffy and good but didn't taste like sourdough. If you have any ideas on how to capture that flavor I'd love to hear!

To put together the pulled pork casserole you need 1/4 recipe of the PSMF Pulled Pork and 1/2 the PSMF bread recipe:

*** And then added these ingredients:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
25 sourdough drops (use One on One or Lorann's)

I put the heated pulled pork into the small square casserole dish (8x8) and covered it with about half the bread batter.

If you are using the same bun pans as me SPRAY THEM FIRST!

I topped with Old Bay seasoning and baked the buns for 20 min and the casserole for 30 min.
