Egg White Bites can be made in the Instant Pot as well as sous vide! The handy egg bite mold makes it easy.
These keto egg bites can be make sweet or savory, just change up the flavors and add ins to suit your taste and your macros!

Ingredients:
145 ml egg whites
1/4 c unsweetened coconut milk
2 tbsp Keto Salted Caramel Skinny Syrup
1 tbsp Brown Sugar substitute
optional-few drops flavored Stevia (I used English Toffee)

Blend ingredients
Pour into egg bite mold and cover mold with foil
Put 1 1/2 c water into instant pot
Adjust Instant pot to high steam for 8 minutes, Natural Release for 10 minutes
Remove and eat warm or cold!

Macros for 2 egg bites: Calories: 64, Protein: 12.9, Fat: 0.3, Total Carbs:1.3
