This Egg White Cake will satisfy that sweet tooth craving without messing up your PSMF Diet macros.
I've taken the basic PSMF Egg White bread recipe from Maria Emmerich, added flavored collagen and an egg white icing to make this PSMF Diet dessert recipe!

***NOTE*** In the video I said 1/2 cup egg whites but I meant to say 3/4 cup! ***
