Keto French Toast Casserole with PSMF Bread | Only 1 Carb Family Fave Keto Breakfast Casserole!

Keto French Toast Casserole is the perfect thing to do with leftover (or failed!) PSMF bread! I used to worry about all the carbs in purchased Keto bread whenever I made this keto breakfast casserole but now that problem is solved with Egg White Bread!

Please note that just because I am using the PSMF bread does not make this a PSMF recipe! It is a traditional high fat keto recipe! As well as very kid and family friendly!

Ingredients for Keto French Toast Casserole (8 servings):
• ½ recipe of Egg White Bread (see notes below) or 1 small loaf keto bread of choice
• 6 eggs
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/3 cup allulose or allulose blend
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Dash cinnamon
Topping:
• 3 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp brown sugar sweetener (like Besti or Swerve)
• Sprinkle of cinnamon
Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes.

Macros for French Toast Casserole: 211 Calories, 10.7 g Protein, 18.2g Fat, 0.9g total carbs,0.1 Fiber
**NOTE: Macros are using the PSMF bread. If you use another keto bread you need to calculate your own.
