My Bacon Danishes are made into a BBBE version and so soft and fluffy!
Custard: 3 egg yolks, 1/2 tbsp ACV OR Lemon juice, 3 tbsp melted butter, pinch salt.
Whip yolks and lemon juice until fluffy, then slowly whip in the melted butter until mixture looks like a creamy sauce. Use as custard for the Danishes and use leftovers like a hollandaise sauce over eggs or meat.
