Keto Chicken Enchiladas | Cheesy White Chicken Enchiladas for Keto and Carnivore! Less than 4 Carbs

The keto chicken enchiladas are easy and cheesy! Cheesy white chicken enchiladas are saucy and full of flavor with 4 total carbs each!

These easy chicken enchiladas are made using my carnivore pasta sheets as the wraps.

You will need (for 6 enchiladas):
6 wraps
2 cups shredded chicken
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
For sauce, whisk together 1 cup broth, 1/4 c heavy cream and 1/4 tsp xanthum gum.
Assemble as in the video, cover in foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes, uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes or until bubbly.
