Try this Moroccan sweet bread and enjoy your breakfast

250 g of semolina flour
3 tbsp of date dough
1 tea spoon of salt
1 tea spoon of baking powder
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tea spoon or orange zest
4 tbsp of melted butter or 1/4 of veg oil
90 ml of water
Mix the butter with semolina flour using your fingertips, then spread the date paste and the remaining ingredients. Gradually add water as indicated, then let it rest for 10 minutes. Grease the pan well with butter and semolina flour, then cook it on low heat on both sides. Enjoy it with Moroccan tea or coffee.
