Made with gluten-free ingredients and no sugar, this easy dessert is perfect for breakfast, snack, or for anyone looking for a nutritious and satisfying treat.

Ingredients:

1 big banana
2 medium eggs/ or vegan substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup(135 g) rolled oats
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup(60 ml) milk/ plant milk
grease with coconut oil/ or other
1 medium apple
bake 30-35 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
