Today we will be taking a look at the final bolt action US issued service rifle to enter production; the M1903A3. Introduced after the M1 had begun to make a name for itself this modernized and simplified M1903 soldiered on in the background. Here I will discuss some of the history of the use of this rifle as well as information regarding production numbers as well as some sub variants of the rifle.
