A spokesperson from the Gaza health ministry reported multiple casualties resulting from Israeli strikes on Jabaliya in northern Gaza. Israel also issued additional evacuation orders for civilians, as a government spokesperson said it had resumed targeting Hamas, particularly around Khan Younis, the enclave's second-largest city. The UN's humanitarian agency underscored the dire situation, stating that 75% of Gaza's population is now internally displaced.
