Lump of Coal Cookies! 12 Days of Homemade Christmas Day 3

Join Lance and Makayla for day 3 of 12 Days of Homemade Christmas. Today we're paying homage to the old saying that you might just get lumps of coal in your stocking for Christmas! We're making no-bake cookies that look just like lumps of coal!
This super simple recipe has only 3 ingredients (and bonus! They can be made gluten free!)

Ingredients:
1 package (16ish ounces) Oreo cookies
1 package (5 to 6 cups) marshmellows
4 Tbsp (or half a stick) salted butter

melt butter and marshmallows in microwave-safe bowl, crumble the cookies by hand, or in a blender, and dump the powdered cookies in. Stir, and pull out wads of cookie of whatever size you like. Let them cool, and they're ready to serve or bag up and give as gifts!
