To complete a Wartime Surface Recovery mission, you will need to travel to the specified system and then scan the nav beacon. The nav beacon will reveal the location of the Search Zone, which is where you will need to land your ship and deploy your SRV or now you can use a limpet controller - don't forget your limptes!!

Once you have deployed your SRV, you will need to locate the target beacon. The target beacon will be marked on your SRV's radar, so you should be able to find it easily. Once you have found the target beacon, you will need to scan it. The scan will reveal the location of the item you need to retrieve.

Once you have found the item, you will need to pick it up and return it to your ship. You can then fly back to the mission giver and claim your reward.

Wartime Surface Recovery Missions can be a great way to make money in Elite Dangerous. However, they can also be dangerous, so it is important to be well-prepared before attempting one.
