You cannot love a narcissist into their own self love

Remember when children would do something they weren’t supposed to do and then run and hide, or lie, or close their eyes and act like nothing is there or happened?

You could have caught them the evidence all over them, and they will still deny it because they are afraid.

Relating with a someone running narcissistic patterns is like this.

It’s not you
It really IS them

You cannot and will not be able to love them for them
They’ve GOT to choose to love themselves
