Senate Hearing on Guns as an Epidemic - IDIOCY

There was a Senate Judicial Hearing on gun violence as a healthcare epidemic. This is obviously concerning since a healthcare emergency can easily be used to grant extreme power to the government, as has been seen in New Mexico with Governor Grisham. It is an easy way to enact gun control and infringe on the Second Amendment when there is not Congressional support.

The hearing had one viral moment between a witness and a Senator from Louisiana when she deflected on questions about Chicago and referred back go gun violence in other states.

There are also plenty of other interesting new arguments such as lead levels and the cost of stitching up gunshot wounds as well as the usual ones that they always bring up.
