#136 Costa Mesa Man invites over 15yr old boy to his house (ARRESTED)

This guy decided to invite over what he believed to be a minor to his house for sexual purposes. The night Prior he went out to a different city to meet up with the minor, The very next day he decides to invite the minor over again after being mad that he didnt go over the night before. On this day he was his arrested after luring the minor out to costa mesa CA but refused to meet inside of a public store.
