Build 12-50 Volt Charger To Fix Ryobi 40 Batteries

I'm tired of these LiOn batteris being wasted. Almost all of them can be fixed.
Their chip won't let them charge if they dip below 30 volts. That's rediculous!!!
It doesn't matter what brand, any of them can be charged with a $10 boost charger.
You can get one with controls and a voltmeter for less than $20.
