Air Handler Drain Froze Last Year & Almost Brought Down The Ceiling-Installed Heat Tape On The Drain

There was ice in the drain pan and some of the other housed around were damaged by water backing up because the drain pipe froze. This can really make a mess and is somewhat easy to "fix" with heat cables and some foil tape.
