Bacon Butter Mayo Ingredients: 2 egg yolks, 1/4 cup each of melted bacon grease and butter, 1/4 tsp Redmonds salt, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp mustard, 2 tbsp warm water

Boneless Rib Fingers: Cut into chunks and cook in slow cooker for 6-8 hours on low. Add salt if desired.
