If you have a small brisket (4 pounds or less) then slow cooker or crock pot might be a great option for you to make this easy brisket recipe!

Brisket: 7.5 hours on low in slow cooker, then 5 minutes in the airfryer at 390. Rest for 20 minutes.
While resting I made the brisket gravy by simmering the crock pot juices in a pot until reduced by half, approx. 10-15 minutes.
