Carnivore Keto Pasta Noodles for PSMF Diet | No Psyllium or Flours | Protein Noodle
These Keto pasta noodles are not only Carnivore and Ketovore, they are PSMF Diet friendly!
You can use these pasta noodles to make pasta and soup recipes for the PSMF diet!

Ingredients for Carnivore PSMF Noodles (3 servings):
• 3 ½ oz (100g) cooked chicken (white meat)
• 1 oz (30 g) reduced fat mozzarella, grated finely
• 2/3 cup egg whites
• Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth, no lumps. Spread on a silicon mat on 11 x 17 baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes or until edges start to brown and lift. Let cool, then roll and cut.

Macros: 104 calories, Protein: 16g, Fat: 4g, Total carbs: 1.8, Fiber: 0
