Ingredients:
1 bag of tortilla chips
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Sour cream and salsa for serving
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook Ground Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Layer Tortilla Chips:
Arrange a layer of tortilla chips on a large baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
Add Ground Beef:
Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef over the tortilla chips.
Sprinkle Cheese:
Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the chips and beef.
Add Black Beans:
Scatter black beans over the nachos.
Bake in the Oven:
Place the loaded nachos in the preheated oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Top with Fresh Veggies:
Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, jalapeños, green onions, and fresh cilantro.
Serve Hot:
Serve the loaded nachos immediately while they are hot and the cheese is gooey.
Add Sour Cream and Salsa:
Optionally, serve with dollops of sour cream and a side of salsa for dipping.
