Ingredients:

~1 cup(80 g) rolled oats
3/4 cup(100 g) raisins
3/4 cup(80 g) walnuts
100 g(3.5 oz) dried apricots
1 medium ripe banana
bake for 20 minutes at 360°F/ 180°C
100 g(3.5 oz) dark chocolate(without added sugar)
1 teaspoon coconut oil/ or your choice
refrigerate for 20-30 minutes
