Take oats, cocoa and banana! Sugar free! Eat daily and you will lose weight!
This dessert is a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth without sacrificing your health goals or weight loss efforts. It's also a delicious and easy-to-make option for breakfast, lunch, or a snack.
A dessert with few ingredients in 5 minutes! Eat gluten-free, sugar-free and enjoy this amazing dessert!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup(45 g) rolled oats
1/2 cup(120 ml) hot milk/ plant milk
1 medium ripe banana
1 medium egg(or vegan substitute)
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon cocoa/ carob powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
bake 20-25 minutes at 360°C/ 180°C
you can use an air fryer or oven(or for 5-6 minutes in the microwave)
30 g(1 oz) dark chocolate(use chocolate without added sugar if you can)
