Oven Braised Beef Short Ribs
Tender and Juicy Beef Short Ribs braised in the oven until the meat is falling off the bone!
3lbs Beef Short Ribs (the big chunky ones)
salt and pepper to taste
tallow or fat for searing
Sugar free BBQ sauce (optional) or mustard (optional)

Preheat oven to 325. Sear ribs in oven proof skillet, set aside. Deglaze pan with up to 1/2 c water or broth, scraping the brown bits to get all the flavor!
Place ribs back into pan, drizzle with mustard or bbq sauce, cover and bake until meat is falling off. This can take from 1 1/2 to 3 hours depending on the pan and your oven.
